Fotobounce Support

Fotobounce allows you to submit support requests directly from the Help menu inside the application. However, we also have a forum where we post information and answer questions about the product. Is Fotobounce a web-based application?

No, Fotobounce is a desktop application that currently runs on Windows 7, XP, Vista, and Apple OSX 10.5 or newer. This maintains your privacy and full control over your photos. We can also deliver a faster and richer experience by running on your local system.

However, once you have Fotobounce setup on your desktop or laptop you can access those photos remotely using our Fotomobile website. With a username and password you can access your photos from any portable device with a browser.

How do you share photos in Fotobounce?

Fotobounce allows you to share in a couple of different ways including directly with peers as of V3.0: a) you can connect with peers as fellow "Bouncers" via the Sharing menu. You can share full resolution images with all friends directly including all associated people tags, b) you can upload your photos to Facebook with all of your tagging information, c) you can upload your photos to Flickr, d) you can upload your photos to AirSet, and e) you can view your photos remotely via Fotomobile from a PDA such as the Blackberry, iPhone or iPod Touch.

Will you support Linux?

Based on demand, we may release a Linux version. We have a prototype version of Fotobounce for Linux so if you are interested in trying this drop us an email to info[at]fotobounce[dot]com. Also don't forget that using our Fotomobile feature you can access your photo albums on a Fotobounce desktop from any web browser on any platform including Linux.
